1. Processing Times
Because our soaps are handmade in small batches and require a specific curing period to ensure the best quality, processing times may vary:

Pre-order / "In the Lab" items: These items are currently curing. Please refer to the specific product page for the "Release Date." We will ship these as soon as they have cleared our final quality checks.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (UK Mainland)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Damaged Items

Option B: We offer international shipping. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Honey and Halos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
