1. Processing Times

Because our soaps are handmade in small batches and require a specific curing period to ensure the best quality, processing times may vary:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within [e.g., 1–3] business days.

  • Pre-order / "In the Lab" items: These items are currently curing. Please refer to the specific product page for the "Release Date." We will ship these as soon as they have cleared our final quality checks.

  • Note: We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (UK Mainland)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., £3.50] via Royal Mail (Estimated 3–5 business days).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over [e.g., £30].

3. Domestic Delivery (UK)

We ship to all addresses within the UK, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote locations.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Damaged Items

  • Your order number.

  • A photo of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will work to send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

6. International Shipping

  • Option A: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Option B: We offer international shipping. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Honey and Halos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
