1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of handmade soaps if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If the soap has been unwrapped or used, it is no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty.

2. How to Return Your Item
Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3. Faulty or Not As Described
In the unlikely event that your soap arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described:

You have a 30-day "short-term right to reject" the goods for a full refund.

We will cover the return postage costs for any faulty items.
4. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that you have sent them).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We will refund the basic delivery cost you paid when ordering (if applicable), but we do not refund any "Express" or "Next Day" delivery upcharges.
5. Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Items returned after the 14-day notification period.

Soaps that have been unsealed or used (unless faulty).

Custom-made or personalized soap orders.
